As a Tenant of Rent Builder Property Management you are automatically enrolled in our Tenant Benefits Package when you sign a lease with us.

This program is designed to save you time, headache and hopefully money.

For a flat monthly fee you will receive the following benefits:

CREDIT BUILDER:

Your on-time payments will help build your credit. We report all rental payment history to major credit bureaus allowing you the opportunity to establish a positive payment history and raise your credit score!

IDENTITY THEFT COVERAGE:

1 in 4 Americans are victims of identity fraud. Residents will be provided Identity theft coverage from Allstate to protect them from identity theft including financial, medical, employment, social security and more!

MAINTENANCE HOTLINE WITH PHONE SUPPORT:

Benefit: 24/7 Maintenance Hotline to reach a live person after hours for maintenance issues & emergencies.

UTILITY CONCIERGE:

With ONE phone call, a personal concierge service will assist in setting up your utilities as well as any phone, cable, internet or security needs. Citizens Home Solutions will take care of connecting all your utilities and amenities so you can focus on more important things in moving into your new home.

TENANT PORTAL:

You will receive free access to our Tenant Portal so you can conveniently submit routine service requests, Free recurring ACH Electronic Payments, electronic statements and on-line access to Tenant resources, notices and inquiries.

VETTED VENDOR NETWORK:

We only use qualified technicians to maintain your property. And you can feel safe knowing they’re reputable, licensed, and insured for every job.

ONLINE DOCUMENT SIGNING:

Electronically sign lease agreements, renewals, addendums, notices and more from the convenience of your own home. 24 hours a day!

LATE FEE FORGIVENESS:

Benefit: One Time Late Fee Forgiveness. Rent Builder will grant a one-time waiver of a late fee one-time every 12 months.

RETURNED PAYMENT FORGIVENESS:

Benefit: One Time Returned Payment Fee Forgiveness. Rent Builder will grant a one-time waiver of a returned ACH or Check payment fee, one time every 12 months.

HOME BUYING ASSISTANCE:

If you decide to purchase a home after renting with us, we will assist you in search and negotiation of terms on your new home with professional Buyers Agent representation through our Realtor partner(s). By choosing us, we will provide you a $500 credit toward closing costs.

The package covers up to two Tenants for $15/month and is only $5/month for additional Tenants and will be billed as one charge on a monthly basis.
